DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
We reserve very specific times for each client, which allows Amiee in providing the best individual care. Each appointment is between 45 and 90 mins so you can imagine that if we get a no show or last minute cancellation then it is a real shame for those who would have loved to come in on that day! The deposit is also another way to sort those who may not actually be serious about going ahead or discussing their treatment plan. We understand things happen on occasion but please just let us know in advance and Amiee will do her best to shuffle things around. Upon making a booking at GLO HOUŚ, all clients are required to pay a 20% deposit. Confirmation will be sent via SMS directly after it has been made. Clients are required to confirm their appointment within 48 hours or GLO HOUŚ will initiate a cancelation. We will send you a courtesy confirmation via SMS 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, if you need to reschedule or cancel, you can call or SMS Amiee on 047772179. Please note, your booking fee is non-refundable, if changes to your appointment are not made at least 24 hours in advance. Respectfully, late cancellations or changes incur the full appointment fee. We ask that you also arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your treatment time so that you have a moment to settle-in and prepare.
